A Child seeking admission to LKG should have completed 3 years as on 31st July of that academic year. Accordingly the age will be calculated for other classes.
School fees and transport fees are payable per term only. Payment of the fees should be made before 10th of June, 10th of October and 10th of January respectively Delay in payment of fees after the due date will attract penalty A fine of Rs.50.00 will be collected up to 15 days to last due date. Another final delay in payment may also to be accepted with a fire of Rs.100 will be collected up to next 10 days (totally 25 days] If the fees are not paid even after 25 days of last due date the name of students will be withdrawn from the rolls. Re-admission will be made at the direction of the management and the Principal after paying readmission fee Rs.100/-. The fee once paid is not refundable and adjusted on any accounts. The fee amount is subject to revision at the discretion of the management.
Regular attendance of the pupils to school is strictly emphasized. Minimum attendance required is 85% of school working days for promotion to the next higher standard.
If leave required, the pupils should apply leave through the prescribed leave formats printed and enclosed in the last page of the diary. Requests for leave for family and social function must be submitted to the class teachers atleast a day in advance, if not fine / punishment will be imposed. Taking leave for such functions should be minimised as it retards pupil's progress in school. Medical certificate should be submitted if a child is absent for more than 5 days.
